* Please allow 2-5 business days for processing orders

* Regular business days includes Mon-Fri. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will not processed until the next business day.

Pre-orders - Please read the descriptions. NO REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERED ITEMS


Shipping 

* Shipping days are Wednesday and Saturday.

* Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You are responsible for receiving your package.

*When ordering, your shipping and billing information MUST be the same to prevent fraudulent activities. If they are different, your order will be cancelled!
